Our Story
Where it all started
Housies started as a thought:
"How can I possible save for a deposit in a property in this economic climate?, If only someone would sell me a piece of their house so that I could “save” my money in property"
The Housies concept was born. Over the last 2 years the Housies team have worked tirelessly to ensure that our platform is of a high standard and that the investments offered on our platform are equally as high.
Combining the skills of our diverse team, we believe, we have produced a solution that is flexible for all kiwis to build equity for their families.

Meet the Team
James Jordan
CEO
James has extensive senior operational and strategic management experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors. This recently included managing business assets valued at just over $250m with 150 operational employees and the successful completion of a $100m apartment development project.
Ricky Jack
CMO
A multi-exit entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the digital space. Specialising in full media marketing, consumer behaviour and conversion analytics, Ricky has founded multiple marketing agencies, development agencies and online shops. Ricky specialises in startups and is passionate about building something from nothing. Ricky is now primarily in the education space for young founders and entrepreneurs.
Paul Sadler
COO
A successful business-driven executive leader, with a career spanning 30 years within the IT sector. Paul has compelling experience with crafting, implementing and execution of sustainable strategic change, within complex commercial, regulatory, and stakeholder/shareholder environments.
