  • (c)You apply to become a vendor or guardian of property through Tressel;

  • (e) You subscribe to any of Tressel’s newsletters or publications;
  • (f) You submit a form to download any product, whitepaper or other materials;
  • (g) You participate in, purchase tickets to, or otherwise attend any event, promotion or competition run by Tressel;
  • (h) You provide details to us in any feedback or contact us form;
  • (i) You authorise us to post a recorded testimonial about our Services, which may include your name and other personal information alongside the statement;

  • (e) Federated authentication service providers such as Facebook and Google, for the purpose of authenticating your identity and linking your social media accounts with Tressel;
  • (f) Our business partners or service providers for the purpose of connecting with you (such as when they refer you to us) or in connection with the Services you have asked us to provide; and
  • (g) Event organisers where Tressel is a sponsor of the event.

10. When you use our website and/or App we may collect information that is sent to us by your computer, mobile device or other access device. The information that is sent to us may include your computer IP address, referral URL, geo-location and data about the webpages that you access. Generally this information is not personally identifiable data, but to the extent that it is considered personal information for the purposes of any applicable law or regulation, we will comply with our obligations under any such law or regulation when processing that information.

Payment card details and identity verification

16. We do not collect or store any payment card details. Where we offer an online payment processing service through our website or App, we use a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant hosted payment service to process any payment card transactions. Your payment card details will only be collected and held securely by that third party payment processor.

17. We may direct you to third parties who will collect information about you to undertake identity verification and other checks, for example to meet our regulatory obligations in relation to anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT). Information you provide to them will be held by them in accordance with their privacy policies. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or privacy practices of any third party websites. If you choose not to provide all of the information requested by them, we may be unable to provide certain Services to you.

Access, correction and retention of your personal information
